YS-L601 Introduction:

The wall-mounted automatic locking screw machine only needs to manually place the product on the platform, step on foot switch, automatically lock the screw, and then manually take out the product, place the next product, and repeat.

Application:

1. Applicable screws: M2-M6.

2. Applicable Screw Head: for any universal type such as straight slot, cross, triangle, groove, trox, hexagonal, H head, etc.

Structure

YS-L601 desktop screwdriver consists of feeding system, operating platform and screwdriver.

1.    The feeding system line up and distribute the screws, and send the screw to electric screwdriver through pipe

2.    Operating platform. Use pedal to control electric screwdriver of up and down.

3.    Electric screwdriver tightensthe screw into product automatically.

YS-L601 desktop screwdriver machine only need putting product on platform by hand. And then step/press on pedal. Machine will tighten screw automatically. At last, take out the finished product and put the next one by hand.
